I love it, never had any problems, can use on my iPhone and iPad away from home. Very satisfied.

The old version was way better. Live feed doesnt even work anymore

Like having the new features. Notifications and video clips. Dont like the look and feel. Preferred the old version for visuals. Would like to see temperature increments by 0.5 degrees.

Thank you so much for the most useless app ever !! I had to climb my fence to get in my house after the app shut down and would not unlock my door . Then I had to deal with a preschooler and a car load of groceries while your inept call center staff tried to help me . I am so ready to cancel VIVINT !!!

The old version worked way smoother and looked much better. This new version is not the way to go. Please change it back, which you wont. So allow a skin option or something. Also allow the light sensor to decide the app color intensity. eBay app has it too. If the device screen is dark then the app should not come on blazing white.. Make it black too. The real time needed to be improved. The iPad version has a massive screen and very little on it. Use the space for the history, not nothing. Then having to open another page for the history and other options.

Meh its ok, but u should be able to remotely sound ur alarm incase your trapped somewhere you cant reach ur panel when ppl try to break in.

The feature set it has works good, but this app allows only for the most basic control of your vivint panel. Please add the ability to bypass sensors! It is a pain to go through the process of bypassing a sensor using the panel. The features available should mostly or all be available in this app, so you can access them silently and even away from home! Im surprised at how basic the functionality this app has, even with all the potential it has to be even better.

Really terrible IOS app!! Too white and boring camera screen navigation the worst, does not work most of the time, if it does, its slow motion and freezes. Worse than not having it, Its just not worth it. Since update I cant send any command at all, I am doing everything manually, locking doors turning off lights.THIS IS SO ANNOYING!!!! WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING FOR?????

I love the app! Vivint is wonderful!

The previous app was easier to use. Temp increments should be 0.5C. Please go back to the old app design.

I downloaded the app to my iPhone. The app doesn’t work with the thermostat, it’s VERY slow with unlocking the door, it takes a long time to disarm the system.

Cameras not working at all.

This layout is very annoying to use and uninteresting to look at. Its hard to make heads or tails of it you neednt have changed anything. I find the temperature setting very confusing compared to the previous version Please bring back the old version please

I use this app everyday to control my house! It is amazing! I dont know how anyone else can give it a bad review. This app works perfectly!!! They must not be using it right!

Since the update, live viewing doesnt expand. I hate the fact I have to go onto the Internet to do any changes and being on an iPad even that doesnt work without Java. Not something I would recommend to anyone!

Should have a panic option to set off alarm from app instead of having to go to the keypad in case of in home emergency. Everything else is perfect!

Crashes or has to be reset half the time

The pantilts are not fictional any more and having to pick a user name to leave a review is lame as well

App works ok for me but would REALLY like to see the Temperature increments by by .5 rather than 1. Please change to match thermostat.
