Works perfectly I know when the kids get home using the notification part of the app love it

Havent had a single problem with this app for the last 5 years!

This app has always worked well on my iPhones. Extreamly reliable.

I like the simplicity of it....it work well for arming/disarming. However the thermostat part of the app never seems to work for me. It would be really nice if I could update the hearing schedule from my mobile device.

Cant even create an account because the grey window with all your social media bs blocks the email entry..

I got a new phone and downloaded the app again. It will not let me log in and says I have the wrong password, which I dont because I can log into the website. Frustrating because we pay a lot for vivints monthly service and now I cant use my phone to adjust or set anything, and that was the reason we chose vivint.

I love my Vivint system and the app is amazing! This app is and has been reliable for over 4 years and still going strong. Its very friendly user because my kids can use it as good or better than I can. You want go wrong with this system and youll love the app.

Unable to adjust the settings on the thermostat schedule.

Sometimes my app will not send my disarm signal to my panel, then it will randomly disarm when I dont want it to (like the middle of the night!)

I like how easy the app is to use and have had no problems with it.

The last update has slowed the app at start up. This has been noticed on 3 different smart phones. It shouldnt take almost a full minute to open. I also wish you could set your own fan time instead of the 1/3/ or 24 hrs.

We use the app a lot. Here recently (seems like every few months) it will quit working. I loved it until I started having this issue. Please fix the problem!

Great application. Love it!!!!

Very happy that we have this app to arm or disarm our system from our phones. We can disarm on our way home so we dont have to worry about the 30 second window and we can arm after weve left home if we forgot.

Why make an app that makes it so you cant edit users or passcodes? If I have to login to your actual website to do the things I need to do, your app is ineffective.

Vivint is a scam. They did an amazing presentation and we were their customer for at least three years. We loved the service but HATE the fine print which was never explained to us. We moved from one home to another and they didnt send a tech to move the equipment for us. We had to do it. Fine. We moved it and then they had us purchase new equipment (upgraded equipment) and extended or contract without notification. We recently moved to a new home where we dont need the system anymore and theyre charging us a monthly up until contract cancellation WHICH IS FIVE YEARS!! They charged our account over $2000 to cancel the service. Keep your money folks!

We are very pleased with the app, the service and the support. We plan to stay, will recommend the service and give positive reviews to friends.

How stupid is it that if you set the alarm while gone that if someone comes in and immediately puts in the code they still call the police?! Twice now this has happened. So I guess if I set it on the app then I have to turn it off on the app?! Stupid!
