Terrible

Thank you so much for the most useless app ever !!
I had to climb my fence to get in my house after the app shut down and would not unlock my door . Then I had to deal with a preschooler and a car load of groceries while your inept call center staff tried to help me . I am so ready to cancel VIVINT !!!
